Where are you shipping from?

We ship from France!

Regarding shipping to the US.

Due to the current political climate, shipping to the US is still relatively complicated.

At present, we are only able to ship "paper" goods which includes Prints, Artbooks, Photocards and Stickers. Acrylic merch like keychains is still not allowed by our postal services. This is unfortunately out of our control. We will keep you updated if the situation changes. 

When will my order arrive?

We will be sending orders throughout May!
Once we've shipped your order, you'll be able to follow it through the tracking number we'll send.

Here are a few approximate waiting times so you can have an idea of how long your package may take to arrive from the moment we send it to you:

- Domestic orders (France) take between 2 to 10 days.

- Orders delivered to Europe can take between 1 to 3 weeks.

- For the rest of the world, it can take between 2 to 6 weeks to arrive.

Please note that we are only people managing this store and we'll try to work as fast as possible. It will take us at least 2 weeks to set your order and ship it. (after we've received the pre-order items from our manufacturer, this may take 1-2 weeks top) so 3-4 weeks before your order is sent. 

 

 

Change and cancel policy.

If you need to change something from your order (delivery address for example) and it has not been shipped, please send an email to chalseustore@gmail.com .

Once your order has been shipped, no cancellations or changes can be made, sorry!

Will my package be charged delivery/custom fees?

Custom and duty fees are not included in your order total price. All orders outside of France are subject to customs and duty fees and the price of these may vary according to each country.

Please note that we're not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs natural process.

PLEASE make sure you write your address correctly! We're not responsible if your package doesn’t get to their destination because you wrote the wrong address.
